Egmond aan Zee is a seaside resort in the municipality of Bergen in the Dutch province of North Holland. Popularly, the place is also called Derp. The dialect that is spoken is also called Derpers, which is considered to be part of the West Frisian dialect, but is one of the most deviant of the sub-dialects.
