During this workshop you will make your own cheese which you can take home with you afterwards.
This workshop is from 6 persons. For smaller groups, please contact us and we can start up a private workshop.

After the introduction about the Dutch Farmhouse Gouda Cheese, all participants start with the cheesemaking process.
Step by step you learn how to make your own cheese. When the cheeses have been put under the cheese press, the participants will get a guided tour in the cheesefarm and clog factory. When the tour is finished, the cheeses can be removed from under the cheese press. These cheeses will be vacuum sealed before they can be taken home. They can be eaten fresh (recommended) or ripened at home.
Total duration approx. 3 hours. A shorter program is possible.
